Patissier In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bereiden van diverse patisserieproducten voor het ontbijtbuffet en de vergaderruimtes. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze gasten kunnen genieten van een aantrekkelijk aanbod op het ontbijtbuffet. Kwaliteit, creativiteit en oog voor detail staan hierbij centraal. Je verricht (voor-)bereidende werkzaamheden in de patisserie, bakkerij en chocolaterie. Je plaatst bestellingen bij verschillende leveranciers. Samen met het team zorg je voor orde en netheid in de patisserie keuken en zorg je voor de naleving van de voorschriften op het gebied van veiligheid, Arbo en HACCP.
