No two events are the same, but every plate carries the same attention to detail. As a Chef de Partie – Banqueting, you are part of a fast-paced kitchen that brings events to life behind the scenes. You will:  - Lead your section during banqueting operations, from preparation to execution.   - Prepare and present dishes for a wide variety of events, ensuring consistency at every scale.   - Coordinate closely with the kitchen and service teams to deliver smooth, well-timed events.   - Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety at all times.   - Adapt to different event styles, menus and volumes with a structured and organised approach.   - Contribute to creating memorable experiences, where every detail supports the bigger moment.What makes you the perfect fit? We are looking for a Chef de Partie with a love for food and who brings personal style to every experience.
