You will be at the forefront of translating developments in human resources outsourcing (HRO) and payroll from client requests, legislation, regulations, collective labor agreements, and company-specific regulations into actionable systems, tools, and processes. As the vital link between specialists hosted at the customer, suppliers, or the government and our service delivery, you will advise internally and externally while monitoring and refining processes. Key Responsibilities - Innovate: Proactively design, build, and test new workflows, processes, procedures, and systems. - Collaborate: Serve as the intermediary between payroll administration/support and technical application management/third suppliers, translating requirements and releases. - Solve: Address integration issues between client and Genpact solutions in the end-to-end landscape. - Execute: Fulfill client requests, oversee daily and four-weekly processing progress, and conduct random checks on automated processing. - Connect: Be the first line of contact with external counterparts on IT, taxes, premiums, and labor conditions. - Lead Projects: Engage in small and large projects with clients and suppliers.
