Tester - Power Distribution & Control Panels

At Elektro Internationaal, you will work on innovative power distribution and control panels used in industrial installations, data centers, commercial buildings, and energy projects. As a Tester, you are the final link in the process and play a crucial role in delivering the quality and reliability our customers depend on.

What Will You Do?
As a Tester, you ensure that every panel meets all requirements before it leaves our workshop. You work accurately, think critically, and have a strong eye for quality. Thanks to your work, our customers can rely on safe and dependable installations.
Your responsibilities include:
• Reviewing production documentation before testing begins.
• Performing visual inspections of power distribution and control panels.
• Carrying out electrical and functional testing.
• Configuring and programming various components and equipment, including smart meters and PLCs.
• Identifying and documenting deviations and non-conformities.
• Verifying that identified issues are resolved correctly.
• Preparing inspection and test reports.
• Providing final approval for shipment.
You will work independently or together with another tester on a variety of projects. You will collaborate closely with colleagues from production, engineering, and project management to ensure every project is delivered according to the highest technical and quality standards.
Who Are You?
You have experience in electrical engineering, work in a structured manner, and take pride in delivering high-quality work. You are confident enough to challenge issues when necessary while understanding the importance of teamwork within a technical environment.
In addition, you bring:
• A completed MBO Level 4 education in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification.
• Relevant experience in panel building and assembly.
• Experience with, or a strong interest in, configuring and programming PLCs and metering equipment.
• Knowledge of standards such as NEN-EN-IEC 61439, NEN 1010, and NEN 3140.
• A structured working style and the ability to maintain an overview.
• The confidence to be critical and address issues when needed.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• A sense of ownership and a clear understanding of the importance of quality for our customers.

Compensation & Benefits
• A gross monthly salary between €4,000 and €5,500, depending on experience.
