To further strengthen our technical services, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager who can effectively combine technical expertise, project management and asset management. You will be working within istaDES, ista's technical management organisation. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical management and further sustainability improvements of communal heating, cooling and domestic hot water systems. You will oversee projects from preparation through to handover and act as the technical point of contact for clients, suppliers and installers. In doing so, you will focus on quality, continuity and the optimal performance of our systems throughout their entire lifecycle. Our office is based in Schiedam. This is what you are going to do. As a Technical Project Manager, you combine technical expertise, project management and asset management to ensure our systems remain future-proof. • You oversee technical projects from preparation through to handover. • You manage communal heating, cooling and hot water systems throughout their entire life cycle. • You develop and implement maintenance, refurbishment and replacement strategies for existing systems. • You will draw up Long-Term Maintenance Plans (MJOPs) and keep them up to date. • You will assess the technical condition of installations and advise on refurbishment, modernisation and sustainability improvements. • You will monitor the continuity of heating, cooling and hot water supplies. • You analyse faults, performance and energy consumption and translate these into concrete improvement measures. • You maintain contact with clients, suppliers and installers and manage external parties. • You monitor the scheduling, quality and budgets of technical projects. • You draw up technical reports and recommendations and discuss these with clients. • You identify opportunities for improvement and actively contribute ideas for sustainable technical solutions. You recognize yourself in this. • check You have a higher vocational education (HBO) level of working and thinking, preferably in the field of Installation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a similar technical discipline. • check You have at least 5 years' relevant work experience in installation engineering or the technical management of building services. • check Ideally, you will have knowledge of district heating, cooling and hot water systems. • check You have excellent communication skills and interact easily with customers, suppliers and fitters. • check You work independently, have a strong analytical mind and are able to translate technical issues into practical solutions. • check You enjoy visiting customers throughout the Netherlands and like to be on site to work with customers and installers to find the best technical solutions. • check You work independently and in an advisory capacity, and you are a strong discussion partner for stakeholders and management. • check You hold a BRL 6000-21 certification or are willing to obtain it in the near future.
