Technical Production Worker 3-Shifts

You will be working at Van Wijngaarden, a family business that has existed since 1929 and is known for Zaanse mayonnaise. As a technical production worker in a 3-shift system, you work in a team of approximately 85 colleagues in day, 3, and 5 shift systems. You start as a technical production worker with a direct secondment contract, a good salary of up to €3,908 per month including shift allowance, and intensive guidance on the work floor. You will learn the trade step by step from an experienced colleague and will have plenty of room to progress towards becoming an operator. This is a stable shift work position within a company where technology, quality, and collaboration are central. About the function As a technical production worker in a 3-shift team, you work on the packaging lines within production. You ensure that the machines continue to run smoothly and carry out conversion work during product changes. During the process, you carefully check packaging for quality and identify deviations. You learn to recognize minor malfunctions and help to resolve them safely. Together with colleagues in your team, you ensure a smooth and reliable production process. You will receive an extensive induction period in which an experienced colleague guides you step by step. Experience is not required. You learn to work safely, understand machines, and perform increasingly independently. As you gain more experience, you take on more responsibility and progress towards the role of operator. You work in a 3-shift system from Monday to Friday with fixed working hours: • 06:00 - 14:00 • 14:00 - 22:00 • 22:00 - 06:00 In the future, it is possible to switch to a 5-shift system. This provides extra variety and a higher shift allowance.
