In this role, you'll work as a process operator in a 5-shift rotation at the family-owned company Van Wijngaarden, the maker of Zaanse Mayonnaise. You work with automated machines but also perform manual tasks, such as setting up and changing machines and checking product quality. You will lead 3 to 4 employees and oversee the filling and packaging of products in different containers, such as tubes, jars, bottles, and buckets. Van Wijngaarden is a classic Dutch family business producing the famous Zaanse Mayonnaise. You work in a continuous schedule with morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
