Technical Office Manager (m/f/x) Schiedam, Netherlands｜req27716 What you will enjoy doing • The purpose of this position is to ensure effectivework preparation and planning for maintenance, examinations, and inspectionscarried out by both internal service engineers and subcontractors. In addition,the Technical Office manager is responsible for managing and ensuring the efficient operation ofthe warehouse, this position provides leadership to a team of 6 FTE,consisting of 4 work planners and 2 warehouse employees • Ensure safety and environmental compliance: Enforce adherence to legal and corporate HSE standards and actively intervene when deviations occur • Develop and execute the annual plan: Define departmental objectives and prepare a realistic annual plan covering budgets, investments, and project revenues • Optimize processes and organization: Establish, improve, and standardize processes, procedures, and systems to enhance departmental performance • Plan and coordinate operations: Manage daily activities, oversee workload planning, and effectively allocate resources and capacity • Lead people and drive performance: Manage and develop the team, monitor performance, and deliver accurate and timely reporting and management information What makes you great • Technical or Engineering background MBO+ or 4-5 years experience • Leadership, communication, and decision-making: Effectively lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring clear communication and sound decision-making in a regulated industrial environment • Planning and operational coordination: Manage planning activities, warehouse operations, and resource allocation to ensure efficient and timely execution • Process optimization and continuous improvement: Drive standardization and improvement of processes, leveraging technical and operational expertise • Analytical and problem-solving skills: Analyze data, identify issues, and implement effective solutions to improve performance and reliability • Budget control, reporting, and compliance: Oversee budgets, ensure accurate reporting, and maintain strong awareness of safety and regulatory compliance Why you will love working with us At Linde one of our objectives is to develop best-in-class solutions for our customers.
