For this position, you'll be working at a large and modern greenhouse company with many years of experience in growing bell peppers. Their production covers around 160 hectares, and they grow peppers in four different colors: yellow, orange, red, and green. The company supplies high-quality products to both Dutch retailers and international markets, with a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and efficient processing. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? As a sorting team leader, you and your team will ensure that our bell peppers are sorted correctly and are ready on time for flow-packing or shipment to our customers. You will work in a modern production environment where quality, teamwork, and speed are key.
