Description As a Production Team Leader, you are responsible for the optimal progress of the production process within the food industry. You manage a daily team of operators and production staff, ensuring efficient organization and workflow. You pay close attention to quality, innovation, and cost reduction, and you maintain all quality and safety regulations. On a typical day, you optimize production processes, coach employees, and participate in improvement projects. You handle onboarding for new colleagues, lead team meetings and performance reviews, and supervise food safety. Identifying and solving bottlenecks and achieving production targets are part of your daily routine. You work in two shifts: from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM or from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
