As our Talent Development Specialist, you bring clarity to where we need to build capability to deliver today and in the future.
Your role in the story
You make visible which roles and capabilities matter most, where we face future gaps or risks, and what development actions are needed to support our strategic ambitions. You focus on building strong talent pipelines for critical roles and helping the organization make clear choices on where to invest in development. By linking business priorities to people and capabilities, you help ensure we are prepared for what lies ahead.
You turn insight into action by designing development journeys, career paths and growth opportunities that prepare people for future roles. Working closely with HR, business leaders and recruitment, you translate talent and workforce insights into practical development solutions and help determine where capabilities should be developed internally or acquired externally.
While business leaders and HR identify critical roles and talent priorities, you provide the pathways, tools and development solutions that help employees and managers prepare for future opportunities and career growth.
