Je ondersteunt het Legal team bij fusies en overnames en krijgt volop kansen om jezelf te ontwikkelen in een omgeving vol energie en ambitie. Your responsibilities - Bijdragen aan het opstellen en controleren van juridische documentatie; - Opstellen van achtergrond analyses, en het verzorgen van een presentatie over jouw bevindingen; - Ondersteunen bij juridisch onderzoek en transactiedocumentatie; - Voorbereiden van closing- en signing-documenten; - Samenwerken met Legal Counsels, consultants en externe adviseurs. Requirements Your profile - Eind bachelor of Masterstudent Rechten met affiniteit voor ondernemings- en contractenrecht; - Analytisch, zorgvuldig en verantwoordelijk; - Vlotte communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels; - Stage van 2 maanden, 5 dagen per week (minder in overleg); - We zoeken bij voorkeur iemand die per direct kan starten.
