The Role As a Proposal Engineer at Dalsem, you play a crucial role in the sales and business development process. Your primary responsibility is to create convincing and detailed proposals in response to requests from potential clients. You analyze client needs, perform technical calculations, prepare cost estimates, and ensure that all proposals meet the set requirements and quality standards. You work closely with sales and engineering to develop the best technical and commercial solutions. You stand firm and are capable of discussing technical aspects with suppliers and internal teams.
