Functie omschrijving You will join a professional project organization where projects are managed according to a structured PMI methodology. From day one, you will work alongside an experienced Project Manager who will guide you through the organization, its way of working and the different project phases. As you gain experience, you will gradually take ownership of your own projects. The different departments are responsible for the content and execution of their part of each project, while you coordinate the overall project process. You monitor planning, budgets and milestones, identify deviations at an early stage and work closely with stakeholders to keep projects on track. One of the aspects that makes this role so diverse is the variety of projects. From IT and CRM implementations to commercial initiatives, technical improvements and construction-related projects, every initiative that requires a clear scope, planning, budget and cross-functional collaboration is managed as a project.
