Production Worker

You will work as a production worker for a leading company in Zwaag in the glass industry. As a production worker in the glass industry, you work in a 3‑shift system and earn up to €3,148 gross per month including shift allowance, plus up to €500 bonus per quarter. You can grow into an all‑round employee with the possibility of a supervisory position, with all training costs covered by PDZ. About the function As a production worker, you work on a production line. You cut glass, assemble frames and operate machines. In the first 3 to 4 months, you will be trained on one production line. Once you can run this independently, you will have the opportunity to learn other lines. This makes your work varied and allows you to continue developing yourself. Machines support you, but your effort makes the difference. You work in Zwaag in a rotating 3‑shift system: Morning shift: 05:30 – 14:00  Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 22:30  Night shift: 22:30 – 05:30 (once every three weeks, starting on Sunday evening) What we offer • A gross monthly salary of €2,944 to €3,148 including a shift allowance of 15% or 23%.  • Working days from Monday to Friday (once every three weeks a night shift starting on Sunday evening). • Travel allowance of €0.23 per km from the first kilometer.  • Participation in a bonus scheme with a possible bonus of up to €500 per quarter.  • Fresh fruit every week.  • Growth into an all‑round employee and then into senior or shift leader.  • Possibility to follow training, courses or a (language) course.  • VCA course (certificate for safe working) within 6 months.
