Core responsibilities - Own end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, definition, delivery, launch, and iteration. - Gather and synthesize inputs from customers, stakeholders, analytics, and market research. - Create and maintain product roadmap, requirements, and success metrics (OKRs/KPIs). - Write clear product requirements (PRDs/user stories), acceptance criteria, and release notes. - Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Marketing, and Support to align scope, timelines, and quality. - Prioritize backlog using impact/effort frameworks; manage trade-offs and dependencies. - Monitor performance post-launch; run experiments (A/B tests) and drive continuous improvement. Required skills and qualifications - Strong product strategy, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management. - Ability to convert ambiguous problems into structured plans and actionable requirements. - Data-informed decision-making; comfort with analytics, funnels, and experimentation. - Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills. - Cross-functional leadership without direct authority; agile delivery experience.
