Order picker | Freezer Oss This can be done in just two minutes 1 April 2026 Fulltime € 17.21 p/h Summary As a Order pricker, you will work in a cold environment and be responsible for the efficient handling of products from warehouse shelves. Your tasks - Collecting orders in the freezer (-25 degrees Celsius) - Handing over completed orders to EPT drivers for further loading - Working in teams of 2-4 people to efficiently prepare orders Requirements - Prior experience in order-picking is required - Ability to work both independently and in a team - Familiarity with warehouse management systems and scanning technology will be considered a plus - Proficiency in Polish, English, or Dutch languages will facilitate effective communication. - Demonstrated eagerness to learn, coupled with a commitment to delivering tasks of the highest quality Our offer - Gross hourly wage: €15,63 + €0,21 ADV - Additional shift allowance up from 8.75% to 13,75% depending on the shift system - Additional cold allowance €0,26 - Fixed pension compensation from €0,26 - Working in 2 or 3 shifts: 6:00-15:00 / 15:00-00:00 / 21:00-6.00 - You will work in a clean environment at a temperature of -25 degrees - Health insurance - Company-provided accommodation near the workplace - Stable and long-term full-time employment with a minimum of 40 hours per week - Weekly payments - Transportation assistance, including rental bikes or company cars (based on location) The company is a cold storage and crate washing company which is divided by 3 locations in the area.
