YOUR ROLE AS A COOK As a Cook, you will be part of a fast-moving, ambitious, and successful culinary team that is redefining hospitality. You will prepare high-quality dishes, contribute creative ideas, and help deliver exceptional food experiences to our guests. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES • Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in line with our menu, recipes, and quality standards. • Ensuring all dishes are presented consistently and to a high standard before service. • Assisting with the preparation and mise en place for lunch, dinner, and special events. • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment at all times. • Ensuring all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards are met and adhered to. • Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies. • Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service. • Contributing ideas for menu development and continuously improving the guest dining experience. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Cook with a strong background in culinary arts. You should have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, excellent cooking skills, and a creative approach to menu development. A commitment to food safety and hygiene standards is essential.
