In this role near Tilburg, you help keep the production process running smoothly across several workstations. You work in 3 shifts, follow clear procedures and contribute to a stable process from preparation to cleaning and quality checks. This position suits someone who already understands what working in production means and wants to build a longer-term future with a growing food producer. Functieomschrijving - Preparing products, materials and workstations for production. - Supporting product changeovers and helping restart the process correctly. - Carrying out quality checks during production. - Cleaning machines, tools and work areas according to food safety rules. - Assisting with basic machine adjustments and changeovers. - Reporting deviations, small malfunctions or unsafe situations on time. - Working according to fixed recipes, procedures and hygiene standards. - Helping colleagues where needed to keep the process running smoothly. Functievereisten What you bring: - Experience in a production environment. - Willingness to work in 3 shifts. - Able to work accurately and follow food safety rules. - Good command of English and/or Dutch. - Team-minded attitude and willingness to support colleagues. - Own transport, because the location is difficult to reach by public transport. - Experience in food production is a strong advantage.
