Operator

As an Operator, you have an essential role in both the production and packaging of cookies. Depending on your position, you may work as a Process Operator, where you focus on preparing dough and monitoring the baking process, or as a Packaging Operator, where you ensure products are properly packed and ready for shipment. What will you be doing on a daily basis? - Operating and fine-tuning production lines, while carrying out quality inspections; - Keeping a close eye on the production flow to maintain efficiency and product quality; - Detecting and solving minor technical issues and making adjustments to the production lines when needed; - Performing basic maintenance tasks to keep machinery running smoothly; - Recording production information and reporting any irregularities to ensure clear communication within the team.
