As a 2-Shift Operator, you will ensure that the production and packaging processes run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for packaging of natural products that are used worldwide for sustainable crop protection. Your responsibilities will include: - Operating, setting up, and monitoring production lines - Identifying and resolving minor malfunctions - Performing quality control checks - Maintaining a safe and clean work environment - Supporting colleagues and contributing to process improvements - Following established work procedures and safety regulations What do we offer?
