The Manager Market and Application Development is responsible for operationalization of the vision, strategy, and roadmap of Henkel Infrastructure Protection & Repair (IPR) and portfolio to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams (including engineering, design, marketing, and sales) to phase in/out products that meet market needs and our strategic portfolio goals. The role interfaces between sales, innovation and operation teams to gather and analyze customer feedback, portfolio trends, and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions. This role works closely with our Sales, Supply Chain, Product Development and Marketing teams to efficiently manage product and portfolio lifecycle and ongoing management for the ACM Infrastructure Protection & Repair Business. What you'll do The Manager Market and Application Development will have the following responsibilities: • Develop and implement a comprehensive market growth plan across key segments and applications • Collaborate with Commercial teams to the execution of the regional sales and channel excellence roadmap by implementing global strategies, optimizing and expanding opportunities, and managing key distribution partners to ensure strong performance and growth • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to optimize positioning and growth opportunities • Optimize product mix, pricing, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with pricing and product teams • Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, Product, Market & Application teams) to ensure consistent messaging and execution • Drive market activation programs and assess performance to continuously improve launches and campaign What makes you a good fit • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, business administration, Marketing or Finance • You have 5+ years of experience in strategic marketing, portfolio management, M&A integration, or strategic business roles - You possess a strong technical expertise in market and product application development • You are able to translate customer needs and business goals into actionable product requirements • You are recognized for your strong organizational and prioritization skills as well as for good project management • You have an analytical mindset and can make data-driven decisions • Fluency in English is required • You are opened to travel regularly in market to support understanding Some perks of joining Henkel • Flexible work scheme with flexible hours, hybrid work model, and work from anywhere policy for up to 30 days per year • Diverse national and international growth opportunities • Global wellbeing standards with health and preventive care programs • Gender-neutral parental leave for a minimum of 8 weeks • Employee Share Plan with voluntary investment and Henkel matching shares • Group Insurance / Hospitalization Insurance • Entertainment allowance • Travel allowance • Meal Vouchers At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
