The job profile The Manager Finance & Control is a newly created, hands-on role at Neways Advanced Applications, designed to strengthen the finance function and broaden financial oversight. Reporting to the Finance Director, the role combines technical depth in accounting, tax, compliance and internal control with business partnering and cross-Operating Company coordination. A key focus is strengthening the financial backbone of NAA through IFRS compliance, improved controls, scalable processes and pragmatic finance solutions in a production-driven high-tech environment. The role also contributes to strategic initiatives such as customer contracts, new business models, supply chain improvements, ERP implementation and operational optimisation.
