This is YEARTH
YEARTH Academy was founded in 2001 by Erik van Gend with a clear goal: to inspire and support people, teams and organizations to reach their full potential. From this vision, we offer solutions that make professionals and organizations mentally strong and sustainably employable.
We develop High Impact Training programs for individuals, teams and organizations ready to take a meaningful and lasting step in their development. We do this through a personal, result-driven approach, continuous innovation and a high standard of quality.
YEARTH is not a traditional training institute. We adapt our methods to the individual, rather than adapting individuals to fixed methods. Development requires a new perspective, the courage to break patterns, and the willingness to innovate. That's why we design programs that go beyond conventional approaches and align with what people and teams truly need to grow.
Career opportunities
There are plenty of opportunities for growth within YEARTH Academy. Personal development is, of course, a top priority, and you'll work on this together with your colleagues. On Friday afternoons, we organize workshops that you can attend. You can also choose to attend a variety of training programs. The most important thing is that you take responsibility for your own growth and development.
