/resource/themes/musterseiten/css/wp_landscape-.css Lab PD Chemist Adhesive Technologies Innovation Full Time Regular About this position What you'll do - Perform data analysis, interpret results, and provide actionable recommendations to support formulation and process improvements. - Design and execute laboratory experiments and analytical testing, following defined project objectives and technical direction. - Execute project tasks and workstreams with strong ownership, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery aligned with project goals. - Prepare technical reports and clearly communicate experimental results to internal stakeholders. - Support technical problem-solving by analyzing data, identifying root causes, and proposing practical solutions. - Develop and execute test plans, evaluate results, and recommend formulation or process adjustments based on data. - Manage daily laboratory operations, including equipment maintenance, calibration, and consumable procurement. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations, PPE requirements, and 6S practices, contributing to a strong safety culture. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution and timelines, ensuring alignment with overall project direction. - Leverage and support digital tools and data systems to improve lab efficiency and data integrity. What makes you a good fit - Master's degree in Organic Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field, with at least 2-4 years of relevant experience. - Practical experience in adhesive formulation or polymer formulation is preferred. Familiarity with epoxy, acrylate, or thermosetting systems is a strong advantage. - Hands-on experience in formulation mixing and laboratory experiments is required.
