As an Internal Transport Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that the correct pallets of materials are in the right place at the right time. Thanks to you, the production process runs like a well-oiled machine. The duties associated with this role include: • Transporting pallets and materials between departments in accordance with the schedule. • Keeping buffer zones clear and organised. • Working safely with internal transport equipment. • Helping to maintain a tidy and safe workplace in accordance with the 5S method. Your profile • You enjoy hands-on work and have a keen eye for order and tidiness. • You take responsibility and tackle problems proactively. • You are fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken. What we offer • The role is classified under the Kartoflex collective labour agreement, with a corresponding salary of between €2,198 and €2,424 gross every 4 weeks, based on a 36-hour working week. • As you will be working a 3-shift rota, you will receive a 20% shift allowance on top of your salary. • In period 5, you will receive an 8% holiday pay allowance. • As relaxation is also very important, you will receive 25 days' holiday, and because you work shifts, you will receive one extra day. • We will start with a one-year contract, but with the prospect of a permanent contract. • A good pension scheme with the PGB Pension Fund. • We offer free online training courses to help you improve your personal skills. • Fresh fruit is restocked a few times a week. • We have an active staff association. • We contribute towards your gym membership. • Once your contract has been converted to a permanent one, you can make use of the 'Lease-a-Bike' scheme.
