HR Intern

HR Intern General information HR Intern Location: Leiden (NL) This role is based in the Netherlands. Applicants must be eligible to work in the Netherlands. As an HR Intern at HAL Allergy, you will support the HR department with a wide range of operational and administrative activities while actively contributing to the further professionalization of HR within an international and dynamic organization. You will have the opportunity to participate in projects focused on improving HR processes, internal communication, and operational efficiency. Your role You will contribute to the development of internal communication materials and support the analysis of HR data and reporting to facilitate informed decision-making. Finally, you will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of HR projects related to digitalization, process improvement, and operational efficiency. What will you also contribute to? HR Processes • Mapping and improving existing HR processes. • Enhancing the quality, consistency, and efficiency of HR workflows. • Supporting the continued digitalization of HR processes. Communication • Improving internal HR communication for employees and managers. • Ensuring HR information is clear, accessible, and easy to understand. • Contributing to a positive employee experience throughout the employee journey. Operational Efficiency • Reducing administrative workload through process optimization. • Exploring opportunities for standardization and automation. • Contributing to efficient, high-quality, and customer-focused HR services. Your background • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. • You have strong analytical skills and an interest in process improvement. • You possess excellent communication skills and work accurately and proactively. • You have an affinity for HR systems, data analysis, and digitalization. • You have good command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing.
