Finance Team Lead (Head of FA) To support the continued growth and professional development of our Finance team, we are looking for a Finance Team Lead (Head of Financial Administration) (NL/DE) . In this role, you will be responsible for the financial administration of our Dutch and German entities. You will work alongside a team of finance professionals to ensure the accurate, timely and efficient execution of financial processes within the Group. You will play a key role in optimising and safeguarding the quality of the financial administration and will actively contribute to further process improvements and professionalisation. Your responsibilities: • You will ensure the accurate, timely and complete financial administration of all group entities in the Netherlands and Germany • You will be responsible for the operational management of the financial administration and will play an active role in this • You will ensure the prompt and accurate completion of monthly and annual accounts. • You will assist with accounts receivable management where necessary • You will be responsible for further optimising financial processes, work instructions and overarching procedures. • You will coordinate tax returns (such as VAT and other local obligations) • You will ensure that data for internal and external reports is provided in a timely manner • You will be able to take over the duties of the head accountant for BE/SK and TK in their absence • You will contribute to various projects within the organisation What you bring to the role: • You have a higher professional education (HBO) or Master's degree in Business Economics or a similar field • You have 5 to 7 years' relevant work experience in a financial role • You are analytically strong, meticulous and have a problem-solving mindset • You have built up knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, including tax returns and CBS reports • You are familiar with business processes and have experience with ERP systems; knowledge of Navision is an advantage • You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English; knowledge of German is an advantage • You are available for at least 32 hours per week What do we offer?
