(36 - 40 hours) Circuit Park Berghem is an outdoor karting circuit where racing enthusiasts can enjoy a fun afternoon of karting, fully organised incentive events, endurance races, kart hire and the chance to race in their own karts. On a number of weekends each year, professional karting races are even held there, including, for example, the Dutch Championship. Due to the growth of our activities, we are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive: Floor Manager Hospitality & Events (36 - 40 hours) As a full-time Restaurant & Events Floor Manager, you will ensure the right hospitality team is in the right place from Wednesday to Sunday. When guests arrive, you and your team will be ready to give them an unforgettable race experience. After a warm welcome in the à la Carte Café, you know how to accelerate at the right moments so that the guests lack nothing. You step in where necessary, maintain an overview on the floor, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Even after the guests leave the circuit with wide smiles, the final flag hasn't dropped yet. A final sprint begins as the à la Kart Café, the terrace, and the circuit are prepared for the next race day. Afterwards, we gladly make an evaluation pit stop with all colleagues while enjoying a well-deserved drink. As well as managing and working alongside the catering team, you'll also be responsible for drawing up staff rosters, managing stock, placing orders, liaising with suppliers and ensuring compliance with HACCP guidelines.
