Design Intern

Omschrijving stage Are you obsessed with creating, sewing and designing - and do you love giving clothes a second life? What will you do? • Create unique, upcycled pieces in our Aatelier • Work with pre-loved items, samples and deadstock to turn them into new designs • Assist in developing small capsule collections and special collaborations • Make custom pieces for influencers, photoshoots and fashion weeks - with the chance to see • Help with alterations & repairs for customers • Support at and help organise the coolest events What do we offer? • A place in a young and dynamic team • An internship full of creative challenges and learning experiences • The opportunity to showcase and further develop your own style and ideas • Networking opportunities • Insight into how an upcycling atelier works within a modern retail concept • Growth opportunities and portfolio-building possibilities • Internship fee Functie-eisen stagiair What do we expect from you? • Fluent in Dutch or English • Confident sewing skills are a must; embroidery or pattern skills are a plus • Able to transform existing garments into new designs (upcycling) • Basic knowledge of fabrics and garment construction • A passion for fashion and a strong eye for detail and finishing • Creative, hands-on and not afraid of a challenge • Up-to-date with the latest fashion trends • Willingness to be present during events, holidays and weekends when needed • Available 3-5 days a week Stagetaken Does this internship sound like a perfect fit for you?
