Functieomschrijving Delivery Driver Jumbo | Flexible Shifts | Utrecht Region Start your working day at the Jumbo Hub in Nieuwegein. Together with your colleagues, you review the schedule, prepare your route, and load your delivery van with grocery orders. Then you head out independently to deliver groceries to customers throughout the Utrecht region. As a Delivery Driver, you are one of the faces of Jumbo. You deliver groceries safely, on time, and with a friendly attitude. You assist customers when needed, answer questions, and make sure every delivery is completed with care. Thanks to your service, customers can count on a great delivery experience. No two working days are the same. You will drive different routes, visit a variety of locations, and meet many different customers throughout the day. After completing your route, you return to the hub and finish your shift together with your colleagues. What does a typical working day look like? You start at the Jumbo Hub in Nieuwegein, check your route, and head out in a modern delivery van. During your shift, you deliver groceries to customers throughout the Utrecht region. Do I need experience? Previous delivery experience is not required. However, you must have held a valid Category B driving licence (manual transmission) for at least 6 months and enjoy providing excellent customer service. Can I work part-time? Yes, you can work either part-time or full-time. You are available for at least 2 days per week, and your schedule is based on the availability you provide. Working hours: • Flexible shifts between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM; • Flexible work schedule between 12 and 35 hours per week; • Available at least 2 days per week; • Available to work at least 1 Saturday every 2 weeks; • Planning based on your availability.
