Functieomschrijving As a Customer Service Agent Export, you play an important role in ensuring export orders are processed efficiently and delivered on time. You act as the link between customers, warehouse operations, and internal departments, ensuring smooth communication and high service levels. Your responsibilities include: • Processing and coordinating export orders from the warehouse; • Monitoring warehouse activities and shipment progress; • Preparing, checking, and managing export documentation; • Maintaining contact with customers regarding shipments and order status; • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth operations; • Following up on customer requests and resolving operational issues; • Ensuring all export activities are completed accurately and on time; • Delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced logistics environment Functie-eisen We are looking for a candidate who has: • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken; • Previous experience in Customer Service (logistics experience is highly preferred); • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; • A customer-focused and proactive attitude; • The ability to work accurately under pressure; • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; • A positive, cooperative, and professional mindset; • Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Export Operations, Freight Forwarding, or Transportation is an advantage.
