YOUR CAREER What you will do • Developing and implementing our recruitment strategy, and professionalising our recruitment processes, systems and performance metrics; • Managing recruitment partners, temporary employment agencies and other external collaborations; • Advising managers and HR colleagues on recruitment and labour market developments; • Ensuring applicants experience what Vencomatic Group stands for as an employer - in a personal and genuine way. YOUR TALENTS What you bring • At least 5 years' recruitment experience, and you have previously helped to further develop recruitment within an organisation in terms of strategy, processes and policy; • You know how to translate recruitment into smart choices regarding processes, systems, labour market approaches, talent pools and collaborations with external partners; • A creative, enterprising and proactive approach to work, aimed at retaining talent within the Vencomatic Group; • Communication skills in Dutch and English, both spoken and written; • The ability to build connections and ensure a positive candidate experience, regardless of the outcome of the recruitment process.
