Job Description The Commercial Operations Lead is responsible for leading the commercial execution and operational management of the Allergan Aesthetics business in the Netherlands. Acting as the local country leader and representative of the General Manager, the role is accountable for translating the France & Benelux strategy into flawless local execution across Sales, Marketing and business operations, while ensuring full compliance with AbbVie and Allergan Aesthetics policies. The position provides day to day leadership to the Netherlands organization , driving commercial performance, customer engagement, execution excellence and cross functional collaboration. The Operational Lead serves as the primary leadership point of contact for the local affiliate, ensuring alignment between field teams, marketing, AMI, Medical, Finance, Supply Chain and Commercial Excellence.
