JOUW ROL Als Carrier Manager binnen onze CLL (4PL) afdeling ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, beheren en optimaliseren van ons internationale carrier netwerk binnen een control tower omgeving. Jij borgt dat onze 4PL klanten altijd kunnen rekenen op de beste logistieke dienstverlieners, marktconforme tarieven en een betrouwbare performance over alle modaliteiten heen. In deze strategische rol Carrier Manager vorm jij de schakel tussen carriers, onze CLL control tower, procurement en de klantteams. Je analyseert prestaties, signaleert optimalisaties en zorgt voor perfecte alignment tussen carrieroperaties en onze 4PL processen. Je verantwoordelijkheden bestaan o.a. uit: - Het proactief signaleren en initiëren van verbeterkansen binnen onze logistiek dienstverleners setup in de 4PL omgeving; - Een constante connectie met de klant als eerste aanspreekpunt in hun keten.
