With a sunny terrace, a kitchen serving premium street food and barbecue from our Big Green Egg-something truly unique in The Hague city center-and a packed events calendar, it has grown into one of the city's liveliest meeting places. Every week we host live music, pub quizzes, open mic nights and a wide variety of events. Now we're ready for the next chapter. That's why we're looking for an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial and experienced hospitality professional to help build on Binnenhaven's success. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Hospitality is second nature to you. You're a natural host who thrives in a busy venue and always goes the extra mile for both guests and colleagues. You're organized, proactive and an excellent communicator. You know how to motivate a team, stay calm under pressure and enjoy working in an environment where initiative and entrepreneurship are encouraged. You have leadership experience-or you're ready to take on greater responsibility-and enjoy coaching colleagues, developing talent and helping your team perform at its best. A passion for craft beer is a bonus, but a passion for hospitality is essential.
