Here, hard work and a passion for technology go hand in hand with job security! what we offer • salary of €19.72, including shift differential • chance of a permanent job • positive work environment • pension accrual starting on day one • 4 to 5 days of work! • a pay raise after just one year on the job who are you As an assembly worker, you must meet the following requirements: • you are available for 4 to 5 days on a two-shift schedule • you are at least 18 years old • you speak Dutch or English • you have at least 1 year of experience in manufacturing • you live in Staphorst, or you have access to a car, bicycle, or scooter what will you do At Brink, it’s all about technology and teamwork. As an assembly worker, you’ll bring tow bars to life step by step. Parts are gathered and carefully assembled into a perfect final product. Clear instructions guide the way. Together with your colleagues, you’ll ensure that every shipment leaves the factory flawless. Experience isn’t required, but a hands-on approach and technical insight are invaluable. Experienced colleagues are happy to teach newcomers all the tricks of the trade. Together with the team, we ensure top quality and a polished result every day. Work hours (2-shift system): 📅 Mon–Thu: 6:00 AM–3:00 PM & 3:00 PM–12:00 AM 📅 Friday: 6:00 AM–1:30 PM & 1:30 PM–9:00 PM • together with you, we’ll figure out which department is the best fit for you! where will you work Brink is the place where tow bars and handy car accessories come to life worldwide.
