Assembly Worker

Our client is the specialist in the field of cable and rope structures. A unique product is made, and the atmosphere is good and enjoyable. There is a ping pong table where competitions are regularly held. There is also a lot of independence and freedom in the role, and the tasks are varied. The onboarding process takes about two to three weeks, after which you can work entirely independently. Work as a technical assembly worker on unique cable and rope systems in a varied day shift role. You can earn up to €3,600 gross per month, enjoy a lot of independence in your work, and have concrete growth opportunities, for example, towards field service technician. You'll join an informal team where you'll be quickly onboarded and immediately get started practically. About the function As an assembly worker, you'll be engaged daily in the production and assembly of cable and rope systems. Your tasks include: • Assembling and finishing cables, ropes, and associated components. • Working according to technical instructions and assembly guidelines. • Preparing production materials and inspecting parts. • Supporting the workshop manager with technical assignments and small projects. The working hours are day shifts from 08:00 - 17:00. What we offer • A salary between €2800 and €3600 gross per month • A full-time role (40 hours) with growth opportunities • Chance of a permanent contract with good performance • Quarterly outings and an open company culture • 25 vacation days (based on a 38-hour contract) • 12 extra vacation days for working 40 hours What we need • You have some technical work experience or affinity, perhaps from tinkering, DIY projects, proficiency with technical apps/software, or being handy with technical devices (such as DJ sets); • You are proactive, ask for extra work if you have nothing to do, and take independent initiative on tasks; • You are immediately available full-time; • It is a bonus if you have a driving license B and VCA certificate, but this is not a requirement for this role.
