Start your mornings with the team, oversee various builds and help deliver quality work. Over de functie As a working foreman you play a central role on construction sites. Your day begins early at the office in with a cup of coffee and a short briefing. Together with your colleagues, you travel to the project site. Your workdays are dynamic and varied. One day you might be building or renovating a barn or storage facility, the next you’re working on a residential home. You’ll lead your team on-site, coordinate with the work planner and site manager and communicate with suppliers. At the end of the day you head home with a sense of achievement, knowing your efforts made a difference. If you want to combine your technical skills with leadership, enjoy teamwork and are eager to work on diverse construction projects, this is your opportunity.  Wat wij bieden • Competitive hourly wage: €20.02 - €22.68 per hour; • Full-time position (40 hours per week); • Support for personal growth and development; • Friendly and informal team environment; Wat wij vragen • MBO working and thinking level (technical education preferred); • At least 2 years of relevant construction experience; • Background in (agricultural) construction or similar; • Willingness to take on various construction tasks; • Eager to learn and flexible attitude; • Positive mindset and sense of responsibility; • VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one within 3 months; • Good command of English (basic Dutch is a plus); Over het bedrijf You will join a committed and down-to-earth construction company.
