From our production facility, we manufacture smart insulation solutions that are used worldwide in homes, hospitals, offices, and industrial applications. We operate in more than 45 countries, but you still grab your own coffee from the machine. Our colleagues consciously choose to work here, and you can feel that in the atmosphere on the shop floor. How will you make an impact? As a Work Planner, you are the link between Production, Logistics, Purchasing, and the Business Support Office. You ensure that data is accurate, materials are available, and production processes run efficiently. What will you do? • Maintain and update our ERP system (Exact Globe), ensuring article and product data is accurate and complete. • Prepare calculations based on technical drawings and provide cost prices and Bills of Materials (BOMs) for Production and Sales. • Organize the supply of raw materials and production materials. • Coordinate the transfer of finished products to Logistics and other departments. • Support cost price calculations and the annual FCP process. • Assist the Product Manager with operational activities related to product portfolio management. • Communicate daily with colleagues from Production, Logistics, Purchasing, and the Business Support Office. What makes you our new colleague? You are someone who maintains overview, works accurately, and is comfortable dealing with complex processes and systems. You think ahead, work in a structured manner, and enjoy ensuring everything is well organized. Do you recognize yourself in this profile? • You have a Bachelor's level of working and thinking (HBO) or a strong vocational (MBO) background with substantial relevant experience. • You have experience in a similar role within a production or supply chain environment. • You have experience working with ERP systems. • You work analytically, accurately, and are solution-oriented. • You can effectively switch between different tasks and departments. • You communicate well in both Dutch and English. • You are a committed colleague who brings positive energy to the team. An advantage if you also have: • Experience with production administration or data management. • Strong Excel skills. • Proficiency in the German language. Why join Thermaflex?
