As a work planner, you play a central role within the organization and are responsible for preparing projects. You juggle outsourced work-which you coordinate with external parties-and the preparation of in-house production, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. With your technical knowledge and systematic approach, you ensure efficient collaboration with suppliers and the smooth operation of ongoing tasks on the shop floor. You regularly consult with your internal and external stakeholders to carry out projects as efficiently as possible. You are responsible for-and take ownership of-the progress, costs, and quality of your projects. You help improve the organization's operations by asking critical questions and devising solutions to structural problems.
