You translate the client's request into a concrete and actionable plan and arrange everything needed to ensure the execution runs smoothly. Responsibilities: - Creating and monitoring project schedules - Handling permit applications and coordinating with involved parties - Ordering and coordinating materials and resources - Supporting execution and liaising with technicians and supervisors - Monitoring progress, quality, and safety - Managing project administration, revisions, and delivery documentation - Aligning with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders What we expect from you - You are organized, precise, and skilled at managing communication between different parties and tasks. - MBO-4 or HBO, preferably in a technical field (e.g., electrical engineering) - At least 3 years of experience as a work preparer or in a similar role - Strong communication skills - Proficient in the Dutch language - In possession of a category B driver's license - Proactive, solution-oriented, and responsible What you can expect from us At TMC, we believe that you can achieve the best version of yourself when you receive the right support, freedom, and development opportunities.
