We are busy innovating and automating our infrastructure with automation and self-service as well as being the internal IAAS/PAAS provider. We are implementing and maintaining multiple datacenter security initiatives to harden the security of network and server areas. What will you be doing? As a Windows engineer you are focused on continuously improving all aspects of our IT environment by using your analytical and technical skills. Together with the team you are responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the Exact IT infrastructure. You do this by maximizing the uptime and performance of our infrastructure services delivered to our internal clients across the globe. Furthermore, in this role you will: - Be responsible for the engineering, design, innovation and management on IT environment (servers, centralized enterprise storage solutions, VMWare, Databases, network, Cloud solutions and disaster recovery, automation environment and monitoring); - Execute day to day operations including configuration settings, changes, troubleshooting, reporting, monitoring and alerting; - Automatically update servers on patching an security; - Work with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors and suppliers; - Create procedure and supportive documentation.
