As an Orbital Welder specializing in High-Tech Piping Systems, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting the backbone of mission-critical technologies. In this role, you will be working predominantly within a cleanroom environment, performing orbital welding to construct thin-walled stainless steel gas and piping systems. Your expertise will directly impact the reliability and functionality of cutting-edge technologies. Specific responsibilities include: - Performing orbital and manual welding of stainless steel pipes (diameters 5 - 20 mm, wall thicknesses mm) according to technical drawings. - Forming pipes by removing oxygen prior to welding, ensuring optimal conditions. - Setting up, aligning, and independently inspecting welded components for quality assurance. - Adhering rigorously to high-quality standards and cleanroom protocols. - Collaborating actively with a team to meet production goals while maintaining high standards of workmanship. This position emphasizes both technical aptitude and a meticulous approach, with teamwork and adaptability being key to success in this role.
