First wash your hands and clean your shoes. Very hygienic; - Together with about 10 other bakers you form a team; - You look at the schedule and see that you will be making rice pies with whipped cream, among other things. You collect the whipped cream and chocolate so you can start on time; - Once started, you get to spray the whipped cream, fun! - So, the rice pies are ready. Machines are cleaned and the floor is swept. You are not allowed to eat from the floor, but on your line you might; - On to the next type of pastry!
