For you, a weld is never good enough until it’s perfect, and as a welder at our client’s company, you set that standard every day.
You’ll start in regular production, with a focus on welding. You’ll weld parts together using MIG/MAG technology, in various positions and based on technical drawings. You’ll work according to work instructions that ensure quality and identify deviations before they become a problem. Precision and a keen eye for quality are essential in this role.
In addition to welding, you’ll also work as an operator. You’ll digitally configure machines, perform quality checks on materials and products, and manage the supply and removal of materials along the production line. You’ll carry out preventive maintenance, keep the machines and workspace clean and safe, and resolve malfunctions in collaboration with the technical department.
You’ll actively contribute ideas on how to work better and more efficiently. Safety always comes first.
Our client manufactures grates in various sizes, some of which require the expertise of experienced welders.
What you'll be doing:
- Welding parts using MIG/MAG in various techniques and positions.
- Working according to technical drawings and work instructions.
- Identifying and discussing deviations in the weld work or the product.
- Digitally setting up and operating machines on the production line.
- Performing quality checks, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
You’ll work a two-shift schedule from Monday through Friday.
- You have a technical background at the LBO/MBO level and hold a Level 2 MIG/MAG welding certificate or have comparable practical experience;
- You can read technical drawings and have experience in a manufacturing environment or technical role;
- You have an interest in automation, digitization, or robotics;
- You are willing to work in a two-shift rotation (05:30–14:00 and 14:00–22:30), with safety always being your top priority;
