Welder Will you be our new colleague? Welder Function group Operations Barneveld 40 hours Your role We are looking for a motivated welder for our manufacturing department. Do you have experience with stainless steel TIG welding and would you like to work with high-quality equipment in a modern and challenging environment? For nearly 80 years, Moba has been creating comprehensive solutions for sorting, packaging, and processing eggs sold all over the world. Over the years, Moba has grown into a global market leader with systems in 111 different countries, where more than 1 billion eggs are processed every day. From design, development, production, and installation to service, it all happens in Barneveld. Our systems are largely made of metal (stainless steel). In this role, your responsibilities will include independently fabricating machine frames using various welding machines and tools. You will ensure that high-quality products are manufactured according to drawings. You will monitor the quality and quantity of the output and ensure that it meets the agreed-upon specifications and deadlines. We'd like to give you an overview of your responsibilities: Welding • Machining stainless steel structures and sheet metal parts using the TIG welding process and, occasionally, MIG; • Setting up and programming various welding machines; we are increasingly working with welding robots; • Providing feedback regarding data for accurate factory cost prices, processing recommendation lists and departmental overviews; • Contributing ideas, proposing improvements, and implementing them following decision-making. Delivery of Products • Ensure that parts are delivered on time and in accordance with the agreed-upon specifications and quality standards; • Prepare (partial) orders for shipment, complete with the corresponding order documents, in a safe and organized manner; • Transport products safely using a forklift or pallet jack. ...
