Functieomschrijving Looking for a flexible job that keeps you moving? Join Dragonfly in Waddinxveen and choose which days you want to work. It's the perfect part-time job alongside your studies or another job. Together with your colleagues, you'll make sure every parcel is processed quickly and accurately so drivers can leave on time. What will you do? • Load parcels onto the conveyor belt. • Sort shipments into the correct roll containers or delivery vans. • Check that drivers leave with the correct parcels. • Work together with your team to keep the logistics process running smoothly. Working hours • Morning shifts with a start time between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM. • Your shift ends around 12:00 PM. • Workdays are Monday through Saturday. • You decide which days you're available to work. What do we offer? • An hourly wage ranging from €14.99 to €22.48, depending on your working hours and any applicable shift allowances. • If you work between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM, you'll receive a shift allowance, bringing your hourly wage to €19.49 gross per hour. • On Saturdays, you'll receive an additional allowance, allowing your hourly wage to increase to up to €22.48 gross per hour. Functie-eisen What We're Looking For • You are available to work morning shifts starting between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM, finishing around 12:00 PM. (exact start times may vary). • You are 18 years of age or older. • You have a good command of Dutch and/or English. • You are accurate, proactive, and take responsibility for your work. • You live in Waddinxveen or the surrounding area, such as Gouda, Zoetermeer, The Hague, or Bleiswijk. • You have your own transportation, as our location is not accessible by public transport. Arbeidsvoorwaarden What We Offer • An attractive gross hourly wage of €14.99, regardless of your age. • A Saturday shift allowance, increasing your hourly wage to up to €22.48 gross per hour. • Travel expense reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometre for journeys of 5 km or more. • Pension accrual from your first working day. • Flexible payment options: choose to be paid weekly or every four weeks. • Free on-site parking. • The opportunity to receive a direct contract with Dragonfly based on good performance. • The chance to work in an international, fast-growing organization with plenty of opportunities for personal and professional development.
