Functieomschrijving DHL Supply Chain Weert - Full-time (40 hours) "Every material recovered is a step towards a more sustainable future." – DHL colleague As a Warehouse Recycling Operator, you play an important role in our sustainability process. You inspect, sort and process returned materials, ensuring they are handled safely and correctly. Your work helps recover valuable materials and supports a more sustainable supply chain. Your daily tasks include: • Inspect and sort returned materials • Perform physical tasks such as opening and separating materials • Check materials for quality and correct processing • Remove labels or other unwanted materials where required • Register processed materials in the system • Communicate with customers and colleagues by email or phone when needed • Operate warehouse equipment safely and according to procedures • Keep your workspace clean, organised and safe Functie-eisen We are looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work and has an eye for quality and detail. You have: • Basic knowledge of logistics • Good spoken and written English • Basic computer skills • Good communication skills • A strong attention to detail • An EPT and Stacker certificate, or you are willing to obtain them • A flexible attitude and enjoy working as part of a team • The ability to perform physical work and work accurately under pressure Arbeidsvoorwaarden Working at DHL means becoming part of a global company where people come first.
