Functieomschrijving DHL Supply Chain Weert - Full-time (40 hours) *"Every order picked correctly is a promise kept to our customers." – DHL colleague As a Warehouse Picker, you play a key role in our warehouse operation by accurately collecting customer orders. You ensure the right products are picked, checked and prepared for shipment, helping us deliver every order safely, accurately and on time. Your daily tasks include: • Receive and process picking assignments • Drive or walk to the correct warehouse location using the appropriate equipment • Identify the correct item, location and quantity • Perform quality checks before confirming the pick • Report any discrepancies, such as missing or damaged items • Confirm completed picks using a scanner • Repack pallets according to customer or shipping requirements • Keep your work area clean, organised and safe Functie-eisen We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and takes pride in working accurately. You have: • Basic knowledge of logistics or warehouse processes • Good English communication skills • A proactive attitude and enjoy working in a team • A strong focus on quality and attention to detail • A safety-first mindset • The ability to work independently and meet productivity targets • An EPT, Stacker Truck (ST), Reach Truck (RT) and/or High Fork (HF) certificate, or you are willing to obtain them Arbeidsvoorwaarden Working at DHL means becoming part of a global company where people come first.
